Updated the type signature of the filter function:
Changed the second parameter's return type from 'a => 'b to 'a => bool
This ensures filter correctly takes a predicate function that returns a boolean,
allowing it to return only those elements of the array that satisfy the condition.

had a small mistake: the return type of filter's callback should be bool, not 'b.
